Sloane's Ride
A Fundraiser Benefitting The Children's Heart Foundation
in support of congenital heart defect research

Our family lost our daughter Sloane to complications associated with congenital heart disease in October 2017. Sloane’s twin brother Lincoln loves to ride his bike. In fact, our whole family loves cycling. In the spirit of action and activism we are committed to keeping her memory alive by inviting you to join us in this cycling event. This year we're able to offer an in-person ride at Heckscher State Park on Saturday, September 25, 2021. If you can't make it in person you can join us through a virtual option and dedicate a bike ride to Sloane. You can choose your own location, start time, and distance! We know that this event will raise awareness and will help to fund research that gives other babies a chance at survival.
About Our Logo: The children on the bike represent our twins - Lincoln and Sloane. The purple butterfly is a symbol used in some hospitals where a sticker is placed on the bassinet to identify an infant that was part of a multiple-birth where at least one sibling didn’t survive.
We appreciate your continued support!
